Brief info

Dr. Hanna earned his Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) in 2001 and began his career serving as a military veterinarian for one year before transitioning to a prominent role in the pharmaceutical industry at one of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the Middle East for years

Upon moving to Canada with his family, Dr. Hanna obtained his DVM credentials in both Canada and the USA, receiving his first Canadian veterinarian license in 2019. He has since practiced as a veterinarian in several locations across Ontario, including Toronto, Ottawa, and other parts of Eastern Ontario. Dr. Hanna enjoys helping animals and volunteered in a shelter in Tijuana, Mexico, where he performed hundreds of spays and neuters. He is interested in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Hanna leads a life full of adventures with his wife, Mora, his three daughters, Mariam, Joyce, and Elaria, and his Border Collie, Titi.

Dr. Hanna is thrilled to establish St. Mark Animal Hospital in Hawkesbury. He is committed to serving the local community by dedicating his knowledge, skills, and expertise to the well-being of its beloved animal companions. Dr. Hanna finds immense satisfaction in caring for patients who cannot express their feelings in words, and his ultimate goal is to relieve their pain while providing peace of mind to their owners.
